Coming and going

Yesterday, Sam & Hannah flew out to Romania as part of their training. They will be joining with others from across newfrontiers to support a church there and work with street kids.

This afternoon, Dave Henson (who is planting a church in St Petersburg) is coming to visit us. We plan to spend tonight and tomorrow talking, planning, praying, eating and laughing a lot.

Tonight, Sitho is flying out to Liberia with Samaritan's Purse as a 'chaplain'. The team he is joining is made up of both Christians and those who aren't yet, most of which have sporting connections. He'll be gone for a week, so let's pray God both uses and blesses him.

Next week, I fly out to Zambia with Kerith Community Church and Tearfund to visit a HIV/AIDS project and spend time with some pastors there. This morning I had three jabs in preparation for the trip, I really don't like needles.

It's great to be part of a church that has the nations on our heart and passports in our hands.
